Welcome to Cleaning Attack LLC. By booking services, using our website, or submitting your information through our website or booking forms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Cleaning Attack LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

Pricing is based on the information provided by the client and the expected condition of the property. If the actual condition or scope of work is significantly different from what was described, additional time or charges may be required. When possible, we will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Services outside the agreed scope, including organization, interior appliances, interior cabinets, specialty cleaning, or other add-on services, must be requested and approved separately.

Cleaning Attack LLC does not provide biohazard remediation or removal of hazardous materials.

2. Scheduling & Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

Arrival times may occasionally vary due to traffic, previous appointments, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change and kindly ask clients to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

  • 72 hours or more before the scheduled service: No cancellation fee
  • 48–72 hours before the scheduled service: $50
  • 24–48 hours before the scheduled service: $80
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, including same-day cancellations: $100

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen and may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

Cleaning Attack LLC accepts ACH, credit/debit card, Zelle, check, and cash.

Declined, returned, or overdue payments may result in interruption or suspension of future services until the outstanding balance has been resolved.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something included within the agreed cleaning scope was missed or does not meet expectations, please contact Cleaning Attack LLC within 24 hours of your service.

We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern and, when appropriate, return to correct the area at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies to items included within the original scope of service and is intended to provide a correction of the service rather than a refund.

6. Damage & Liability

Our cleaning professionals take reasonable care while working in your home or property.

Cleaning Attack LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improperly installed, loose, unstable, or damaged items
  • Fragile items that have not been disclosed or properly secured
  • Damage resulting from defective materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, or appliances

Clients are encouraged to notify us in advance of particularly fragile, valuable, or delicate items.

Any damage concerns related to a cleaning service should be reported within 48 hours of the appointment so that we can investigate and address the matter promptly.

7. Client Responsibilities

For the safety of our team and to allow us to provide an efficient cleaning service, clients are responsible for maintaining a reasonably safe working environment.

Excessive clutter or personal belongings may prevent certain surfaces or areas from being cleaned. Organization and decluttering are not included in standard cleaning services unless specifically arranged in advance.

8. Use of Personal Information

Information submitted through our website, booking forms, or other communications may be collected and used to schedule and provide services, process payments, communicate with clients, and operate our business.

9. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Cleaning Attack LLC, you agree to receive SMS communications related to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Scheduling and rescheduling
  • Service updates
  • Customer support and service-related communications
  • Promotions, special offers, discounts, and other marketing communications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Cleaning Attack LLC directly.

10. Changes to These Terms

Cleaning Attack LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
